Biographical Information
Kate Quintana is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice and currently serves as the MCJ Program Director and Interim Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice. She received her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University. Her research focuses on international and comparative criminal justice as well as drug use and drug policy. Dr. Quintana has published on these areas in both domestic and international outlets with recent articles appearing in Deviant Behavior, Journal of Drug Issues, and the Polish Journal of Criminology.
