Sunny Bryant grew up in Fremont County, Colorado and worked in the Florence-Penrose School District and for the City of Florence.  She joined Fremont County in February 2013 as the Budget and Finance Officer and was promoted to County Manager in April 2016.  Sunny began her career as the Deputy County Administrator for El Paso County in October 2022.
 

Sunny earned an undergraduate degree and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  Sunny is the Past President of the Association of Colorado County Administrators (ACCA), a Credentialed Manager through the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), and a member of the Colorado City and County Management Association (CCCMA).  
 

Sunny is married and has two sons.
