Stacie Kwitek

Stacie is the executive director of the El Paso County Department of Human Services, where she leads one of the busiest human services agencies in Colorado, serving hundreds of staff and thousands of residents each year. She has more than 25 years of experience in social work and public service, including leadership roles in both El Paso and Fremont counties. Stacie began her career as a child welfare caseworker and has also worked as an addictions and domestic violence counselor and university social work instructor. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver. Stacie is passionate about strengthening families, supporting vulnerable individuals, and building community systems that help people thrive.
