Lindsay joined the College of Public Service in November 2013. She has worked in varied office administration and student services roles in higher education since 2004, most recently as the Office Coordinator for the University of North Carolina School of Law's Career Development Office.

Lindsay coordinates the business operations of the Departments of Criminal Justice and Public Administration, including:

• Course scheduling
• Course inventory & academic catalog
• Lecturer & overload appointments
• Faculty search logistics
• Faculty & staff onboarding
• Textbook & course evaluation liaison
