Celeste Rivera joined the College of Public Service, Department of Social Work, in May 2023. Celeste is a proud alum of UCCS. She received her BA in Psychology and master’s degree in leadership from UCCS. Celeste has over 11 years of experience working in K-12 education in various roles and truly believes in the service of others. Her role ensures effective and efficient day-to-day operations for the Department of Social Work. Celeste is excited to be a part of a team that serves El Paso County and beyond!
