Rich Radabaugh, Esq. is the recipient of the UCCS Outstanding Instructor of the Year Award for 2018. He combines his unique legal and law enforcement background into his teaching and UCCS service commitments. Rich was a police officer and SWAT team member with the Colorado Springs Police Department for 30 years. Meanwhile, he attended law school at Denver University and had his own law firm for 17 years. Rich has been teaching Criminal Justice since 2008 in higher education and serves on the UCCS Institutional Research Board. He co-developed and co-instructs the Criminal Justice in London Study Abroad program.
